Three Layers for Improved Cooking Efficiency

Tri-ply cookware combines the best of two materials, stainless steel and aluminum, into pots and pans that meets the demands of any kitchen. Stainless steel holds heat, but doesn't distribute it evenly. Aluminum is a great conductor of heat, but doesn't retain it. Tri-ply cookware layers these two metals to create cookware that heats evenly and retains the heat for better results. Tri-ply or clad cookware features an inner core of conductive aluminum surrounded by easy-clean, stain-resistant stainless steel with a third layer of magnetic stainless steel on the bottom so you can cook on any type of stove, range, or cooktop including inductive along with gas and electric.
