    Free ground shipping for Riverbend Rewards members for a limited time. Excludes parts and orders that contain extra care delivery and truck freight (LTL) delivery.   • How do I earn Rewards?
    There are many ways to earn rewards towards your next home purchase or project! You'll earn $5 in rewards just for signing up. Once you do, you'll earn 5% in rewards on each order of $20 of more. Rewards will be not awarded on orders less than $20. You'll also earn rewards for:
  • Frequent orders: Place three orders of $100 or more and earn an additional $15 rewards bonus. $100 minimum order based on net sale after coupons or Rewards.
  • Anniversary: Earn a $10 reward bonus on your account anniversary date. Enter in your sign up date by clicking on "Anniversary Rewards" when logged in to your account. It's our way of saying thanks for being a long-time customer."
  • Social media: follow us on social media and earn:

  • What purchases earn rewards?
    You'll earn 5% in rewards for all orders of $20 or more. Rewards will be not awarded on orders less than $20. Rewards are calculated based on the net price paid after coupons, rewards and other discounts are deducted and are not earned on tax or shipping. Rewards are earned only on orders made directly on riverbendhome.com and are not earned on Riverbend Home orders made on other 3rd party marketplaces.
  • Do my Rewards expire?
    Rewards expire after 6 months of account inactivity. Account activity is earning or redeeming rewards.
  • How do I redeem Rewards?
    Once you're ready to check out, make sure you are logged in to your account - you can check your rewards balance there. To redeem rewards, open your cart by clicking the shopping cart in the top right corner of our site. Verify your items and select continue to checkout. On the checkout page, use the slider to select the amount of rewards you would like to redeem by moving the slider to the dollar amount you desire and then press apply. Rewards can be redeemed in whole dollar amounts only. You can add as many rewards as your balance permits.

    Unfortunately, Riverbend Rewards are not combinable with other coupon offers, and you will not be able to redeem both Riverbend Rewards and use a coupon in the same transaction. Free shipping is calculated after all discounts (including Riverbend Rewards) have been applied.
  • How do I check my Rewards
    Once logged in, you can check your point balance on both the Rewards page and your Account page. Log into your account where it says 'My Account' at the top of our site, then click the "Rewards" tab for an overview of your Rewards!
  • I performed an action to earn Rewards, but they're not showing up.
    Rewards are earned when the order ships. Please note that it could take up to 24 hours for your Rewards balance to adjust. Check your Rewards by clicking here: Rewards. If your balance still doesn't look right after this time, please contact our Customer Service team at 855.438.8585 or at help@riverbendhome.com and we can assist you!
  • What happens to my Rewards
    if I return items?
    If an order is cancelled or returned, you will not receive rewards for that order. Any rewards earned on that order will be deducted from your Rewards balance.
    If you applied previously earned Rewards when ordering the item, don't worry, you will get them back. Those Rewards will be credited back to your rewards balance when the returns are processed.

    Members of either the Riverbend PRO or affiliate programs are not eligible to earn Riverbend Rewards. If you are a current Riverbend Rewards member and join our Pro or Affiliate program, you will no longer earn Rewards on site purchase or other actions. You will have 30 days to use Rewards previously earned.
  • What are the Rewards Program's Terms of Use?
    The Riverbend Home Rewards Program (the "Rewards Program") is exclusively for users of the Site who have registered for the Rewards Program in accordance with the directions set forth on the Site. Riverbend Home reserves the right to terminate, change, or modify the terms and conditions of the Riverbend Rewards program at any time without notice.

    Rewards are earned only on orders made directly on riverbendhome.com and are not earned on Riverbend Home orders made on other 3rd party marketplaces.

    If the Riverbend Rewards program is terminated, or the Member's account is closed for any reason, rewards will no longer be earned on orders on or after the program termination date. Any previously earned rewards must be redeemed within 30 days of program termination date. After 30 days of program termination date, any remaining rewards balances will be forfeited. Rewards have no cash value and are not combinable with other coupons. Rewards are non-transferrable and may not be combined among multiple Riverbend Rewards members or conveyed by any means to anyone, including through a member's estate.
