Description
The Selectronic line of electronic bathroom faucets combines the convenience of hands-free operation with a durable, vandal-resistant design ideal for high-use and commercial applications. This handle-less Selectronic Proximity 6055.193.002 faucet operates on DC power and uses a programmable, multi-function sensor that turns the water flow on when your hands come within range of the sensor. The included CR-P2 lithium battery provides up to 192, 000 cycles of use (4 years at 4,000 cycles per month). A 1.5 gpm pressure compensating laminar flow device in the base prevents the mix of air and water while the hygienic, plain-end spout prevents lime and debris from collecting, making the faucet ideal for use in hospitals and clinics.The faucet has an automatic shut-off function that turns off the water flow 2 seconds after user is out of sensor range to conserve water. A safety timer turns off the faucet if the sensor is covered for 55 seconds or more. Both the sensor and electronic controls are fully enclosed and water resistant. The solenoid features a self-cleaning valve with a wiper spring to prevent clogging and an easy-to-service integrated strainer. Includes a flexible stainless steel inlet hose with a 3/8" compression fitting. Optional 4" and 8" deck plates are available and sold separately.
