Great product, terrible service, orders were late

Once the product arrived, it was beautiful. I ordered 10 of these for our Executive Team but 8 of them arrived a week after Christmas which defeated the whole purpose of ordering a Christmas gifts, especially ones that were Christmas themed. There was a lot of confusion between the manufacturer and Riverbend. I spent hours every day on the phone walking each order through (10 different ship to's). I understand Covid delays, but I couldn't even get information after the initial information that they would all arrive before Dec 18. First time ordering, last time ordering.
