Gourmet knives feature a new handle design made of a highly durable synthetic material - Polyoxymethylene (POM) - which has a tighter molecular structure to resist fading and discoloration. This twelve-piece knife set includes a 2.5" paring knife, a 3" spear point paring knife, a 4.5" utility knife, four 4.5" steak knives, an 8" bread knife, an 8" cook's knife, a 9" honing steel, come-apart kitchen shears, and a 13-slot block.- Finish: Black
