Information You Provide Us
We collect personally-identifiable information (including any Personal Information) about you when you make a purchase or attempt to make a purchase through the Site, including your name, billing address, shipping address, email address, and phone number. We refer to this information as "Order Information." We also keep records of your specific product purchases and details of the transaction.
Information may also be collected when creating a user account, joining our Riverbend Rewards, Riverbend Home Pro or similar programs (collectively, "Programs"), posting a product review, participating in a contest or survey, subscribing to our e-mail newsletters, submitting a question through "Q&A", speaking with our customer service team, or using our chat feature.
You may review, update, or modify your current information, including profile and contact information, at any time by logging into your Riverbend Home user account. You may permanently delete your account by contacting our customer service team at 855.438.8585 or email@example.com Providing your information to Riverbend Home is your choice. However, if you choose not to provide your information, you may not be able to take advantage of some or all of our Site features and offerings.
Information We Collect Automatically:
When you visit the Site, we automatically collect information about your device, including information about your web browser, IP address, and time zone. Additionally, as you browse the Site, we collect information about the individual web pages or products that you view, what websites referred you to the Site, and information about how you interact with the Site. We refer to this automatically-collected information as "Device Information."

Third Party Features
How Do We Protect Your Information?
We believe in providing a safe and secure experience for all of our online visitors. We have implemented security measures to protect information collected from you.
We use data encryption technology when transferring and receiving your sensitive information, such as credit card or financial account information. We therefore do not store or retain your credit card data. In addition, transactions are submitted through the Site through Secure Sockets Layer (SSL). We partner with trusted third parties including but not limited to those who assist us in operating our website, conducting our business, fulfilling orders, delivering packages (for example UPS or FedEx), sending advertising or email marketing, or servicing our customers.

Accessing and Updating Your Information and Preferences
Opt Out Procedures
If you would like to be removed from our Riverbend Home e-mail list, you may unsubscribe at any time by contacting our customer service team at 855.438.8585 or at firstname.lastname@example.org. You can also use the unsubscribe link found at the bottom of every Riverbend Home email. Please allow up to 7 business days for the unsubscribe to take effect. This unsubscribe request would also apply to any postal mail marketing using the information provided in your registration form. Riverbend Home may, however, continue to use your information to contact you to fulfill orders or as otherwise authorized by law. Please note that if you use more than one name or e-mail address when communicating with Riverbend Home, you may continue to receive communications to any name and/or email address not specified in your opt-out request.
You may choose to invite someone else to use the Site by providing his or her name and email address. We may use this information to send invitations to such individuals, to track the results of such invitation referrals, and to confirm qualifying orders from such other individuals attributable to your registered account pursuant to rules of the applicable Programs. Anyone who receives an email invitation to use the Site may opt out of receiving such emails by following the opt-out instructions in the email. We take commercially reasonable steps to implement all opt-out requests promptly, but those who opt out may still receive communications from us as we process the opt-out request, or as required for order processing and other purposes.
Removal of Posted Information -- Minors
If you are under 18 years of age and have a registered account with us, you also may request removal of unwanted information that you publicly post on the Site. To request removal of such information, you can contact us. Upon receiving the request, Riverbend Home will ensure within a reasonable amount of time that the information is not publicly available on the Site.
Visitors from Outside of the United States
Occasionally, at our discretion, we may include or offer third-party products or services on the Site. These third-party products or services are offered by third-party providers that have separate and independent privacy policies. We therefore have no responsibility or liability for the content and activities of these linked sites.
