United StatesI ordered these for a holiday dinner table setting and didn’t open them until the night before. They were exactly what I wanted , but when I opened the box each napkin ring was very scratched up. It looked like the paint job was botched up and a clear coat was put on anyway. The damage wasn’t because of shipping , they were wrapped up and covered well. I didn’t have time to return or exchange. But I won’t use them. They look terrible.
