Pros - The bag is durable, wheels glide well, insulated well, multiple pockets are nice, nice looking. Cons - zippers are super frustrating as they do not glide fluidly. Also, there is no solid support in the lid portion so when you lift it with the handle it puts a lot of strain on the handle itself and the zipper.
