This Model 151 tubing cutter features a quick-acting design, I-beam construction, hardened wear surfaces, and thrust bearing slide assemblies for smooth operation. The X-CEL knob cuts tubing more quickly and easily with its larger, more ergonomic design. The X-CEL wheel pin lets you change your cutter wheel quickly using a new ball detent design.
