I have not used it yet (since the ground is snow covered and frozen) I have used it in the past and was very pleased with the results. Sadly the plows come by sooo fast that they tweaked my post and I will have to reinforce when i install the new one.

These anchors are of the best quality manufacturing and utility for their intended purpose. Note that they are intended for deep soft (not rocky) soil.
Great product
Great product but the screws are unusable. The head of the screws strip, but we purchase galvanized spiral nails that worked just fine. Definitely best ground digging anchor; heavy duty metal; and Riverbend had the best price.
