Description
Designed to stand up to the hard use of commercial applications, this TempAssure 17T thermostatic valve trim kit uses a thermostatic wax element that maintains the outlet temperature to +/- 3.6 degrees F. The single lever handle controls the temperature only with a maximum handle rotation of 120 degrees, while a separate lever controls the volume. Field adjustable to limit handle rotation into the hot water zone. The kit comes with a single-function pressure balanced mixing valve trim with a 7" diameter escutcheon and lever handle. Does not include a shower head, tub spout or the rough-in valve which are sold separately.- Temperature controlled by single lever handle
