I love the light! Upon opening the box we found 2 of the glass panels were chipped and/or cracked. Calling the CS line is hopeless. No one has ever answered the phone- not sure if number on website is correct or not. Finally emailed Riverbend and after a week + got a message they were working on my request. Still waiting.
