United StatesThe customer service from Riverbend home was excellent. I worked with David and he made it easy for returns and replacement items. As for the Charleston Mail post, I don't believe there was good quality control from the company (Mayre). It tok two posts to get one that was not damaged, and four times before we received a newspaper holder that was not damaged. again Riverbend Home customer service was great during this process, it was the third party company that was shipping the item that I had issues with.
