Good bar design, but...

So we liked the high and low levels for the grab bar. That's the good part. On the negative side, and the reason we returned the thing, is because the tightening screws/nuts are in a very confined space. The wrench that came with it didn't fit right, so we could never tighten the clamps to the tub of tighten the bar well enough.
