You asked for it to be available with a lid, and we listened. Not only does it include a heat-tempered glass lid with an adjustable steam vent knob - it now contains 20 percent more diamond crystals. Coated with the new Swiss Diamond XD nonstick formula, this saute pan is ideal for sauces, vegetables, cubed meat, and more!

The PFOA-free XD coating ensures that cleanup is a breeze. All you need is hot water and a soft, soapy sponge to get this pan back in pristine condition. Cooking with oil is now an option - not necessary - as the XD coating is engineered to be used without oils or butters. European craftsmanship is evident in every aspect of this kitchen essential. The heavy-duty cast aluminum body distributes heat evenly and efficiently to warm all contents of the pan. The extra-thick cast aluminum body also features a perfectly flat base that will not tip, spin or warp, while also providing uniform heat distribution. Strong, rivet-free handles prevent unsightly food build-up and even stay cool on the stovetop. Because it is oven-safe up to 260 degrees C (500 degrees F), transferring the pan from oven, to stove top, to table top.
