I guess fake flowers are like many other products in that you can either go cheap or you can spend some money, and there's not much middle ground - but if you do spend the money, you really see where it goes. This is a well-done piece of work. From a comfortable distance, I don't think many people would suspect that it's fake - except you can have it in a spot where any real orchid would wither in two seconds. That spotted pattern on the orchid petals? You can be almost on top of it and it still doesn't look obviously printed. It even recreates the muted look of the undersides of the petals. The amethyst geode is a nice touch, and the bronze pot is just beautiful - although mine isn't as deep bronze as the one in the photo; it's more of a copper. So while I considered this to be on the pricey side, it's money well spent, in my opinion. And I have to say, Riverbend Home had the best deal on it, and I got it within a couple days of ordering. I'll happily do more shopping with them in the future.
