United StatesI think it’s an issue with the Toto factory rather than riverbend, but it took almost 3 weeks to receive this order. It was slightly disappointing because it was damaged with a chip in the black threaded coupler on the handle. It was mild enough that I could still get it on and working but was annoying (hence 4 stars) It works well and have had no issues with it for 1.5 months. The cotton white was significantly cheaper than some of the other colors which ranged up to a ridiculous $100 for a bronzed lever.
