Still searching the web for the replacement curtain rod. The more I search, the more I am learning. For instance, I don’t want a plain white metal curtain rod, I want a decorative or elegant rod. I don’t want a center pull; I want a 120” one-way left draw curtain rod. I found several that satisfied the latter requirements, but they are the plain white metal rod. I did finally find a solution for my curtain rod. Wasn’t perfect, but it should work. The rod starts off with a two-way center pull, but can be configured for a one-way left- or right-pull. Also it is a decorative curtain rod. I purchased the Emma Decorative Traverse Rod because it would enable me to configure it to be a one-way left-draw. Didn't realize the tension pully was set on the right side of the rod. I need the tension pully to be on the left side. So, I called customer service of the manufacturer and got routed to a technician who helped me over the phone to successfully reconfigure it. Hallelujah!! The technician was very accommodating and patient with me. The customer service was outstanding! Thank you, Riverbend Home! One other feature I really appreciated was a link to the actual installation instructions. This enabled me to understand the features in which I was interested were actually there. Bob W.
