- food sticking
I purchased this and the 10” version of the same. If you’re worried about stainless steel and food sticking, here’s a tip that worked for me the first time! Heat the dry pan on high for one minute or so. With your fingers, drop water on the dry surface. If it evaporates, keep warning until the droplets form a bead that dances on the pan. At this point, reduce the heat to medium or just under. Add oil or butter to coat the surface. Now you can cook without sticking.
